Refund Policy

Shipping

Upon receiving payment for in stock goods, shipments will be processed and despatched within 1 business day. If there are any unforeseen delays to our preparation of your package, we will contact you via email. All packages are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel, with shipping to metropolitan areas within Australia generally taking between 3 – 7 business days. The option of ‘Express Post’ at checkout will offer an expedited delivery timeframe, however this does not guarantee ‘Next Day’ delivery. If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please contact us.


Returns and Refunds

At Dragy Motorsports Australia we accept product returns depending on the circumstances. Please see our detailed returns policy below for more information.

Change of Mind Returns:

In the event you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, it can be done so within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in the original packaging. Please contact us for a return address. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges outlined on your invoice. In situations where no shipping fee was charged (Free shipping), or products were returned in a non-original state (Including opened or installed products), a 10 – 50% restocking fee will apply at our discretion. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid for and insured by you. Dragy Motorsports Australia will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Fit For Purpose:

All products sold by Dragy Motorsports Australia are fit for purpose as outlined by the product description. We do not guarantee any product sold to be compatible with your vehicle. Our products will always do the job they were designed for, however this may not be fit for purpose for your needs. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of incompatibility. You are responsible for checking the compatibility of Dragy with your phone.

Defective Products:

In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, immediately cease using the product and contact us via e-mail sales@dragymotorsports.com.au as soon as possible with details of the defect. We will work with you to determine a suitable resolution. If required, you may need to return the product to us (Dragy Motorsports Australia). Shipping charges for all returns must be paid for and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to products during shipment. At the discretion of Dragy Motorsports Australia, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund via original payment method. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges outlined on your original invoice. Warranty from defects and failure is non-transferrable, Dragy Motorsports Australia will only honour warranties with the original purchaser of the item.

Refunds
Refunds via PayPal or Shopify payments will incur the payment gateways fee if refund is initiated due to customer ordering incorrectly, mistakenly, or within 14 days. PayPal/Shopify no longer refund their 2.5% fee therefor this will be deducted before a refund is sent. If a refund is initiated due to Dragy Motorsports Australia being unable to fulfil an order then no fee will be charged.

When do items need to be returned by?

Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to contact us via our web form or via sales@dragymotorsports.com.au in order to request a return. The Dragy must be shipped within 7 days from the time approval has been given.

Where do items need to be returned to?
Once "request for return" has been approved by Dragy Motorsports Pty Ltd customers must arrange for their item(s) to be sent to 2 Vaux Street, Rockingham, Perth, 6168, WA, Australia. Customers will be supplied with a product return form/e-mail to include with the item(s).

How do customers return items?
All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and product return authorisation form/e-mail for the item(s) they wish to return.

Shipping for returns?
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by Dragy Motorsports Australia then we will cover return shipping costs.

For customers who purchase using the PayPal payment gateway, they may be eligible for shipping return compensation with PayPal. Please visit the PayPal website for more info: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns

Credit for returns?
Customers will be credited through the original gateway purchase method.

Packing materials?
All returns must be in original packaging unless previously discussed. Packaging that is damaged and in an "unsellable" condition will incur a 20% repackaging fee or may be returned to the customer.

Dragy Motorsports PTY Ltd cannot be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs, labour costs or any other costs directly or indirectly associated with the original purchase.
